Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym. Ossie is an excellent trainer and Phil does a great job at running the gym. You are pushed to your limits and you will walk out of that gym everyday being a better fighter than you were when you walked in that day. Also, everyone here is like family and everyone is very respectful. I have no complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a sanctuary! Everybody there has a lot of respect, trains hard, and puts in work! You can train with a pro there and it's super affordable! Highly recommended if you want to get in shape. This place is super humble and the best around. It's full of great characters and personalities. Whether you're looking to develop your fighting abilities or just train for fitness this is it!!!
