Experiencia fantástica: Arguably the best powerlifting gym on Long Island. Lots of equipment to help reach your training needs . It is also more expensive than most gyms in the area, so that's the trade off. You get what you pay for.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. Its never jam packed crowded at anytime you go. Its also 24/7. All the members and staff are very professional. Very clean. Great equipment. Some of these gyms you go to these days are just over crowded to the point where you cant get on equipment. Im very thankful for this gym because i never worry about this issue.

Experiencia positiva: Outlift is pretty great if you want good equipment and the calibrated kilo plates along with bumper plates and metal pound plates. The variety in equipment is amazing along with the ability to bring in your own equipment. However, the community at Outlift is very unwelcoming (obviously it will vary from person to person). Not only that but the staff at Outlift seems pretty unwelcoming too. Alisa was really polite with how she approached us but clearly showed her side when it came to the situation we had to deal with. Without looking at the cameras for any proof that we left a mess, Alisa accused us of leaving a mess last week. It’s clear that she took complaints from the unwelcoming lifters blindly and took action. It’s logically understandable that an owner would take the side of a more long term member/members but it doesn’t promote new lifters into the gym. Hopefully Outlift and their staff can fix this problem.

Experiencia fantástica: The perfect gym. Every piece of equipment imaginable and then some, owners consistently upgrade the gym based on member feedback and their own due diligence. The gym is impeccably clean and well maintained. In my 2-3 years of being a member I can't remember a piece of equipment ever being out of service. 24/7 access allowed me to keep my workout days in the middle of a program when outside circumstances would normally have prevented me from lifting at all. Alisa and Mike know and practice how to run a gym!
