Experiencia positiva: Stopped in and saw Kristen regarding summer camp she was wonderful. Had also inquired about summer classes and she said the schedule was not available yet but to try a back later in the month. Today I called and spoke to Lori Ann she was short and Somewhat annoyed I felt as if she did’t listen to me. I started by saying my name and explained what I was looking for and she started with she doesn’t think there is room that it’s the end of the year so I explained that I was looking for summer classes she they were not done with schedule yet and all the information I wanted is on the website ... well guess what not all the information is actually listed bc when you go to schedule and Tuition I don’t see the cost ? And I understand that some classes maybe 30min or 60min etc but not all things I asked about are in there. Do they have experience with special needs Children with autism. ?? She answered me with yeah but depending on the need??? What the heck is that? Like how autistic are they ? I don’t understand that question. I feel terrible because the lady Kristen was so nice and I was so happy to find a place that my children may love to go and now forget it. She completely turned me off I would not want my children near that type of an attitude. I was glad hear from a friend that she is not the owner. Hope that they give her a reality check. She was Rude and I can’t imagine I am the only one she was rude to.
