Experiencia fantástica: Did my first class today and Michael really put us through it. I haven't done crossfit in over 5 years but now I remember why I loved it. Also does anyone have a chair lift for the stairs they recommended? ????

Experiencia fantástica: Came from out of state and worked out on Sunday. Great group of people! Had a great time. Space is awesome and Teachers did an amazing job! When I’m on LI, will def. go back!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to a lot of CrossFit gyms and this is one of the best out there. I was just visiting the area for a month and they made me feel like I had been there forever. Wonderful community, top notch coaches, excellent programming, and just a great vibe overall. I drive an extra 40 mins everyday just to come here and I can’t wait to go back!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a little nervous trying CrossFit for the first time but titan CrossFit made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. I have injuries to my body that prevent me from doing some exercises, but they have great modifications that are easier on my body but yet still give me a great workout. All instructors are knowledgeable and very friendly creating an amazing environment. I highly recommend for both new and experienced people looking for a good workout
