Experiencia fantástica: I signed up for the 6 week boot camp with an open mind since I’ve never done anything like this before so I had no idea what to expect. A-team surpassed my expectations, even though I’ve had to modify most of the exercises due to injuries the coaches were great at giving me alternative exercises. I have seen results in my waste band but most of all I feel great mentally so much so that I am going to continue on with a monthly membership which is their plan. They give you a taste with the boot camp but you get addicted which I never thought that I would but here I am. I’m looking forward to the next few months and my transformation.

Experiencia fantástica: I completed the 6-week boot camp challenge and staying with the program because it is working for me. I feel motivated. Coach Gabby gives direction and good feedback so you exercise in good form. Shane really hammers the importance of your food intake and I agree it is a major component to meeting your goal. He is very passionate about this. He offers tools to help you succeed. Ultimately, I feel great and excited to see how strong I get as I push forward!

Experiencia fantástica: This place gives it all! If you think you're going for weight loss, toning, strength gains, great! You'll get all that, but what you'll actually get is much much more. They run a 6 Week Challenge that teaches you more about how to be your best self than you could possibly realize when you start. Let them help! Amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I started the boot camp here about 7 weeks ago and it was absolutely the best choice I could have made. I joined to get back into shape and to help me get ready for the military and I was absolutely blown away with the dedication and support the coaches have here. I am thankful the team has such great enthusiasm and want to help everyone reach their goals. Everyone I was fortunate enough to meet had great goals and everyone helps motivate and push. I would highly recommend. I started at 214 pounds and In the boot camp alone I have been able to drop about 20 pounds.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch outfit!! I want to thank Shane and his team for offering the boot camp. Everything you do in their 6 week boot camp is tailored to your skill level including your meal plan. I went to the interview with Shane before I signed on the dotted line and I told him that I wanted to go home and think about everything we talked about, knowing that more than likely I would have talked myself out of it. Shane talked me into doing the boot camp. I have never regretted it. They are genuine and caring people that want you to succeed and accomplish your goals . They will push you to go farther and do more, but who doesn't need that. What I like the most about the gym is that there are no ego's!! When you join this gym you become part of a team that encourages you to reach your goals. Shane, Sonya and my 6 week challenge team THANK YOU for all the encouragement and support. I will continue on past the 6 week boot camp challenge!! They offer so much more than the 6 week boot camp but that is where I needed to start. Stop in and say hi to the team you wont regret it!!
