Experiencia fantástica: So when I first got to this gym no one was at the front desk but there were people coming up to me introducing themselves which was very NICE and telling me good things about this gym and the owners. Long story short I've been wanting to have a coach for powerlifting but money has been an issue to me for the last 2.5 years never wanted to hire a coach but I've realized I won't get anywhere.. if I don't have a coach, meaning everyone needs a coach! A coach that will believe in you and will surprise you! I spoke to Nyck and the first time I spoke to him I knew he was going to be a great coach to any individual. I've been training by myself and having Nyck program for me is another game ball. I love this gym people are very nice it's friendly free! People will push and that's what you need around you. Don't hesitate to come here it's a great gym!
