Experiencia positiva: Almost always I am disappointed with the customer service that I receive but this gal was great. Didn’t demean me. Wasn’t passive aggressive or rude. Had a good attitude while doing her job and really took good care of me. The only reason why I give 4 out of 5 stars is because my job with a different company is to review customer service reps work and see how they can do better. My little piece of advice to set off the customer service experience would be providing a statement of empathy and acknowledgment before providing the solution. Regardless, she was great. Keep it up please. The world needs more kindred spirits like her.

Experiencia fantástica: Sophia was amazing! I was concerned because due to all of the mask mandates with COVID I am unable to work out in the gym and she was able to freeze my account again so that I can eventually go back without having to cancel my membership! By far one of the easiest and best experiences I've had in a long time. Keep up the great work Sophia you rock!
