Experiencia fantástica: Great gym that caters to all skill levels. Great programs for beginner bjj hobbyists, all the way up to top pro mma world champions, and everything in between. The success of the athletes who train here speaks for itself. The bjj program director, Paris, is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge. I recommend this gym to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is definitely one of the best of its kind. The coaches and staff are all incredibly friendly and the training you receive is top notch. At one point these coaches went out of their way to call me up after my membership had expired to let me know that I had not used all of the sessions I had paid for and wanted me to come in despite not having a membership anymore. How rare is that. The honesty is just one of many reasons that this place stands out. Very comfortable environment and a large open gym space makes it worth every penny. As someone who is super new to this type of training I could tell I started to improve and learn just after a few classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. My 7-year old attends the kick boxing class and it has made a world of difference in our home. Coach Anthony teaches discipline and does not take kindly to funny business. Perfect for today's kids. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

The athletes are hard working and motivating to be around. And it’s very clean! I highly recommend this place if you’re serious about fitness. It’a worth every dollar.
