Experiencia fantástica: This location - Indian Bend, is terrific! Clean, fresh equipment and the company is constantly remodeling to make the place more user-friendly. I love the new massage chairs and that the towels are always in stock in the lady's locker room. I train with Kaley, and she's incredible at being personal and ensuring that I get a new workout each time I work with her. Also, Charlie is my favorite yoga instructor. She's very skilled and upbeat! She makes sure that her sequences are varied and exciting in each class. Remember that this company was one of the few that stood up to the tyranny of the Arizona "government" who tried to shut down exercise and fitness as an excuse to "protect our health" over the last few years. Bravo Mountainside, keep standing up to the bullies!

Experiencia fantástica: Love, love, love this gym! Have a fabulous trainer, Tim, who has helped me to lose 20 pounds...he is the best if you are looking for a trainer who knows how to train! The classes are great too...on to 20 more to lose! Could not have done it without Tim.
