Experiencia fantástica: Urban Garage Gym is my most favorite place to train ever! I am having a great time training under Mitch. He is creative, fun, thoughtful, and results-oriented. An hour goes by in a flash and I feel amazing. I bright my son here abs I recommend this place to everyone I know. Cool facility, too, and a great location.

Experiencia fantástica: I've never tried spin class before, so I didn't know what to expect. Urban Garage was a great place to try it out! Allie was a fantastic instructor and had a great playlist. The gym supplied clean towels and water cups, and the room had a lot of strong fans. It was dark in there, but not too dark I couldn't see. The bikes were easy to use and adjust. I'd 100% do this again and recommend Urban Garage to anyone who wants to try spin!

Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I could enjoy working out, then I discovered Urban Garage Gym. I workout twice a week with Mitch. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and really works hard to personalize your workouts to effectively meet your bodies needs. Not only will Mitch train you, but he will also write up your own personal nutrition plan to help maximize your results and reach your goals! He is fun to workout with, really keeps you on your toes and will keep you accountable. I highly recommend this gym to everyone; no matter where you are on the fitness spectrum. Urban Garage Gym has and continues to change my life and for that I am incredibly grateful. ????

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym and Mitch is a excellent trainer. I've been going for over four years and in that time Mitch has expanded and improved his facilities three times. I would say that if you can't work with Mitch you probably can't work with anyone. have fun Randy
