Experiencia fantástica: What a pleasure it was to be able to join fellow yoga practitioner, Sarah Woods, at her studio today for a 10 am All Levels class! Coincidentally Morgan Godwin and I were there chatting with Sarah on how to structure a Thanksgiving Yoga fundraiser collaboration between One Heart Yoga, The Karma Shack, and Cove Yoga (details on which nonprofit to be announced). It made sense to join in afterwards for my first class in her beautiful space! Sarah, teaches and is certified through the traditional Iyengar lineage, and her dedication to the study of Yoga is evident. She's extremely attentive, very caring, but won't let you get away with nonsense! Again, the space is beautiful, and has a rich openness to it. This feeling vibrates off of the students and teachers as well. I'm looking forward to sharing and learning more with the Cove ????????
