Experiencia fantástica: I am a Pilates teacher, so naturally I am very particular about where I take class, but I am beyond impressed with Ecore Fitness. Sean’s classes are the perfect balance between pushing your body to its physical limit while also incorporating some really yummy, feel good stretches in between the exercises. Definitely make this place a priority if you live in the area or even if you are just visiting! So knowledgeable and methodical. All around lovely studio! Highly highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fabulous pilates studio. I have been coming back to Sean for 10 years and he always surprises me with a new way how to enjoy his classes. I love the space (clean and right amount of reformer) and the feel and energy. Also all the people who are coming to his place are super friendly and exercise is fun ! I have done lot's of pilates in my life but Sean's classes are a mix of classical pilates with a twist.. sometime you feel the "twist" for days but I love it. Thank you for staying in business !

I thinkt these guys know more than my orthopedic surgeon when it comes to how the body works and can be fixed thru strength and flexibility training. Experiencia fantástica: I recently spent 10 days in Palm Springs, CA and discovered Ecore Fitness. I attended class every morning with Sean for 9 days and classes on 3 evenings with Deanna and cannot possibly express how different I look and feel in just that short of time! I did not alter my eating habits, although I am a healthy consumer, so I know I owe all of this to Sean, Deanna and Ecore Fitness. I should have taken a before and after picture! Thank you again to Ecore Fitness...Sean and his staff genuinely care about the health and fitness of everyone who walks in the door!
