Experiencia fantástica: Great place! My kids started in the PAL program and have moved on to the competitive team. Coach Rick is a great role model who gives you tough love and guidance. Rick and his wife have made us feel like family from the beginning over the years and continues to challenge my boys while building character. If you’re an adult/kid trying to get fit, looking to get out of your comfort zone, or simply want to box with the best of them- give this place shot!

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely write reviews but this gym definitely deserves one. Every boxing gym I’ve been in makes you feel like an outcast being the new guy. My first day in I was welcomed like family. Coach Rick and his wife helped me find the love and passion I have for this sport again. This isn’t just for kids boxing. The classes are open to everyone and the skills/technic you’ll learn here is 10/10. I would highly recommend this boxing gym to beginners and elite. Don’t just join a boxing gym that could careless about you! Join a family.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Fontan and his wife made us feel like family! He varies our class intensity to accommodate a person like myself, who has never tried boxing, to training for seasoned professionals. I love working out in their beautiful gym with such a diverse age range.
