This includes the staff and members. It’s such a fun place to be every night. The changes are unreal. Over 40 pounds lost so far.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm in love. I bought a year-long membership after my first class and have been going three times a week since. (Kicking it up to four this week!) The instructors are friendly and encouraging, as are the other students. Upbeat music. Clean, equipped facility. Great workout every time. Glad I found this spot.

The workout is hard, but invigorating, relieves stress. Helps keep you healthy and fit. Always love starting my day with a kickboxing class!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to a few trial classes and really love it. The facility was really clean. Each bag was spaced out well. They open the doors for each class to allowed for air flow. People are really good about keeping their mask on for the class. Staff is great. Super friendly, accommodating and teach the class with great energy. They take the time to teach and correct your form. You get what you pay for, and it's gonna cost you a bit, but you get a quality studio for the price
