Experiencia fantástica: I've only been working out with Terra Nova Fitness for three months, but I can already see my body composition changing. My primary goal was to increase muscle mass in order to strengthen my body as I age. The workouts are varied and individually tailored, while challenging me at the same time. The group classes and semi-private coaching give me the direction I need to be successful. My time at Terra Nova is time I'm scheduling for me - really important to my own well-being.
