Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym! I came for the week and the team at Humanity was extremely welcoming. They were flexible with my want to do a mix of open gym and classes. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and the programming was fantastic. The facilities have everything you need for a great workout, an outdoor area, and the best recovery equipment you can find. If you are in the San Diego area I highly recommend stopping by!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for the week and all of the coaches and members were SO friendly and welcoming. Felt at home immediately. Have been doing CrossFit for 7 years and have dropped in/been part of tons of gyms. I was really impressed with the programming. Thorough warm up/cool down. Really good workout without being so difficult you’re injury prone. Will definitely be back next time I’m in San Diego! Thanks Stephanie and Craig for everything :)

The coach I had, Niko, was super friendly and helpful, while several of the other athletes in the class went out of their way to introduce themselves and welcome me - that was awesome!
