Experiencia fantástica: Seriously a great workout with excellent staff! They make tough workouts look approachable and easy for a beginner all the way to an expert. Challenging, but fun. Definitely recommend this location and wish I was in the area for longer to be a full time member! That being said they were super helpful to accommodate to my schedule and It was a pleasure working out with everyone here… sign up now!!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 PB is definitely one of the top workout spots in the area. It is way more than just a gym or a workout class….it is a community of hard working, fun, high energy people who are all driven to work hard at living a healthy lifestyle both in and outside of the gym. I love being a part of this community….great management, great coaches who actually know what they are talking about, and great people!!! Highly recommend you give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in PB location for a couple days because we are members at an out of town f45. Robert was super helpful in getting us in there and making it a great experience. Coaches were great and motivating while working out. Super happy we were able to continue our f45 workouts while out of town. Next time I am in SD, i will definitely be stopping by here to get my workout in! Thanks f45 PB !

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! The team training and group dynamic makes it so much less intimidating than a gym. The trainers are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about what’s going on and any ways you need to modify things. The only thing I wish is that they had a few more class times in the middle of the day/early afternoon. Otherwise, this place is great and totally worth the money.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the F45 in PB! The trainers are amazing and are always there to support you. Their knowledge about the body and nutrition is unmatched, I learn so much from them during class and you can just tell they love to teach. Big shoutout to Hajji, Carrie, Shea, and Hunter for being so awesome and running some gnarly classes! Their class times fit my schedule too which is always nice. So, if you like dope music, high intensity training, with a stoked group of people... F45 is for you (:
