Experiencia fantástica: The fitness center at Cox health is up to par it has everything that you would want it has swimming pools it has heated pool it has a lot of machines a basketball court court and plenty of help if you need it.

Experiencia positiva: 3/5 They are missing 2 stars because 1; they took forever to open the hot tubs and saunas after covid. 2. The hours are extremely hard to work around. If you aren’t a 5-6am early riser, you won’t find the time to make it to the gym because they close at 5, 8, and 9. Most gyms stay open til 10/11 I am thinking of cancelling my membership if I can to find a place with better hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Long time silver sneakers attendee; never had a bad experience! The staff is well trained and is very helpful. Somes folks my senior age need to ask questions, especially about their machines. A real state of the art gym . Love the place❤????
