Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this gym for anyone no matter their fitness background. I was introduced to the gym through the 6-week challenge and by the end I was able to lose over 15lbs and 6 percent body fat. I primarily went to the classes that Maggie and Collin taught and their workouts catered to what works best for everyone. Not only were the workouts great, but the community is highly supportive of one another. The atmosphere is a great place to challenge oneself to accomplish their fitness goals. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: The lighthouse Fitness is a great place to get the results you always wanted. I had participated on the 6 weeks challenge and lost close to 20 pounds. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to get fit and get real results. Colin and Shelby are great trainers. They both gave me the right training/nutrition guidance to make this goal possible. Everyone is super nice. I highly recommend this gym you won't regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: A friend of mine recommended Lighthouse fitness. She said I would get an amazing workout every time. I was skeptical because she was at a very different level of fitness. I was pleasantly surprised. Each class is differentiated based upon the strength, fitness, abilities, and goal of each member. The classes are fun and group oriented, yet totally individualized.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great, I have had such a positive experience here. The workouts are modified for all different levels of experience and the owner/trainer Colin is very knowledgeable. The other members are welcoming and nice people as well. I have been working out here for 2 months and already can't believe how much stronger I am, it gives me great confidence. I would definitely recommend this gym!
