Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in the door it was inviting and set the mood for class. The instructor/teacher was professional and knowledgeable about her practice in the several different classes I have taken and are helpful when you need guidance in poses. I was even able to get my family to attend one of the heated classes. The studio was also very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Baptiste studio was the first studio I was able to convince my teenage daughter to attend with me for a deep stretch class. We both loved it and felt welcomed and encouraged by the owner and teacher. I definite must try!

Experiencia fantástica: There really is no way to describe in a review how much Baptiste Power Yoga Oxford has changed my life. I started as a student, broken down from intense workouts and discouraged. From the first time I walked in the doors, I felt important and with each class I left feeling empowered and stronger. All the teachers were amazing and attentive. I fell in love with BPYO and decided to go through teacher training. I’m honored and proud to say I was one of an amazing group of ladies who made up the first teacher training class that BPYO offered. Never in a million years did I ever think I would want to teach but with each practice, I became stronger and healthier. I wanted to share that with as many people as I possibly could.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been totally impressed with Baptiste Power Yoga in Oxford and have been attending classes here for over a year. It is an amazing studio for yoga practitioners of all levels and for a number of reasons. Firstly, the studio itself is really nice. It modern, contemporary, and always smells fresh and spotlessly clean. They type of heat they use to heat the yoga classes is Infrared which is the type of heat that slowly warms the bones and muscles from deep within which allows us warm up naturally and get into the poses easier. The second reason I love Baptiste Yoga is the teachers. They are all really cool and have been well trained to teach yoga which they seem to teach from the heart. I can tell the teachers enjoy teaching and really want the us to learn and succeed in our yoga practice. The sound system in the studio is solid and their playlists are always varied and nice to hear during a practice. I would definitely recommend Baptiste Yoga Oxford to anyone new or old to yoga who wants to take an amazing yoga class!

Experiencia fantástica: Baptiste is such a WONDERFUL studio and the community is phenomenal! I started coming the studio over a year ago and went through Yoga Teacher Training with some of the most amazing people led by the gracious Mary Morgan and other guests! This place has been my rock and I am so grateful to come somewhere that I feel loved and appreciated!
