Experiencia fantástica: I nervously met up with Jay at Owensboro Crossfit after losing 200 lbs on my own and wanting to kick my fitness up a few notches. From the moment we met through the on ramp program to the time I stepped into my first workout with the big kids, everyone has been super welcoming and encouraging, even on days I have to scale every movement. The facility is clean, the equipment perfect, and the workouts will challenge you no matter your fitness level. I'm so glad not only that I gave CrossFit a try, but that I went with Owensboro CrossFit to do so. Give Jay a call. You can't go wrong here. Thanks, Jay.

The community was so welcoming and friendly, the gym was incredibly clean/sanitized, and Jay was very knowledgeable with great attention to detail in each athlete throughout the entire class. Will definitely be going back again any time I’m in town!

Experiencia fantástica: Great box in the town I grew up. Going to be dropping in each time I visit the parents. They have great programming and skill work with a family community! Would definitely be my gym if I still lived in Owensboro.
