Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience at this gym! Being a beginner, I was nervous, but Coaching was wonderful and encouraging! Normally I feel exhausted after working out…not this time! I was so motivated for my day! Can’t wait for next time! Highly recommend! ????????????????

Experiencia fantástica: I was leery of signing up for CrossFit because of what I had seen and heard about the sport. Despite my doubts I went anyway and to my surprise it was not what I was expecting… Stephanie the coaches and the community welcomed me, helped me understand the different workouts of the day, while maintaining proper form. Everyone who attends seeks to bring out the best in one another. I feel and look the best I have in a very long time and it’s only been 3 months! I highly recommended CrossFit Natus Vincere!
