Experiencia fantástica: So happy to have found a fitness regimen that keeps me motivated and going back for more. The coaching staff and fellow members are supportive and ever encouraging regardless of your fitness level/ability. Following a 6 week trial, the atmosphere at the Foundry is what inspired me to embark on this fitness journey, that at first seemed intimidating. I'm greatful for the support because my strength, stamina and mobility has improved significantly in the less than one year that I've been a member.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at this gym for over a year now and I LOVE it. Coaches are SUPER friendly, helpful and motivating. Everyone in class is friendly and encouraging. I always look forward to my classes. Does not matter what your skill level is. CF Ossining will make you sweat and make it fun!
