Experiencia fantástica: After having FIVE almost 10lb babies and struggling with major diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation)…I’ve felt lost and discouraged working out. After only 2 workouts at Body Sculpting Fitness, I am SO encouraged and can already feel an increase in energy! I appreciate the challenging but safe workouts. There is intentionality in every movement and all the individual support you could need. This classes are perfect for a busy mom who is ready to make a change. Eddie and Elisa are simply THE BEST and the total package when it comes to WHOLE body health -movement, nutrition, and mindset! It is obvious that they put their heart into all that they do.
