Experiencia fantástica: This place is surreal; there’s nothing like it. F45 is amazing and this particular F45 is special as every single trainer is amazing and most of all kind. And a fantastic space. I’ve been to other HIIT class gyms, other F45’s and also was a Destination Equinox member for years- and this blows all out of the water. I’ve been coming every day for six months now and truly don’t have words to explain the experience. If you’re new to HIIT, and new to F45 just hang in there for a couple/few months and I promise you’ll be an advocate also!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a fun and positive atmosphere! The workouts are challenging and change every day. Couldn’t ever be bored going here to get your heart rate up! Great music, good instruction and plenty of ways to modify if needed. Lots of class times, too. A+ in my book!
