CrossFit^® Inversion West

Experiencia positiva: Despite what their website might say, CrossFit is not well-suited for beginners. Very cliquey gym. Not very welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box to drop in if traveling to Disneyland. Only 10 min drive away. Coach Matt was great and the community was awesome. Emailed Saturday afternoon about dropping in on Sunday morning to do Open 22.1 workout… Matt accommodated me and let me do the WOD on Sunday morning… did the WOD and got my scores validated by noon! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of Inversion West for about 2 years and I love it! The coaches are amazing and there is so much support from other members as well as coaches. When I started the box, I had never done CrossFit before. Everyone was so welcoming and the coaches were attentive to make sure my form was correct. Classes are definitely demanding but they are also fun and never boring. I am a competitive bodybuilder and my workouts at Inversion have improved my conditioning and functional fitness! I suffer from less injuries and have improved my national ranking. If you’re thinking of joining, stop. Just do it!
