Experiencia negativa: Says "no contract" everywhere on the website but once you sign up, they will charge you for 12 months. Want to cancel? You have to submit a physical letter in person (gym is rarely staffed) 30 days before or the owner will claim no letter was received and continue to charge you. Owner will not answer phone calls or texts if he knows you want to end your membership and will just keep charging you. 6 months of fighting later, and he is still attempting to charge.

Experiencia fantástica: I like that the gym has what you need for great workout anytime, which is super convenient. I like that Mike, the owner, is often there and is friendly and treats people well. I also like that he offers nutritional solutions for things like weight loss and improving energy that are realistic and effective for busy people like me, versus what I find a lot of bigger commercial gyms do which is aim to just sell massive personal training packages without giving overall support and education where people need it most. Because of the overall support,, sense of community and convenience I prefer this place over others.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE this gym! It's always very neat and clean, and it has all the equipment I need. The owner Mike is super nice and very willing to help and answer questions. I just completed a personal training program with him. He is very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with!
