Experiencia fantástica: Is the training geared more for cardio or practical applications for self defense? Or both? Is there sparring?
Experiencia fantástica: This gym has a “family” feel. I believe that has a lot to do with the fact that it is owned by a husband and wife duo. It’s full of life and the kids love it here! Thank you OBC!!

Experiencia fantástica: He is the best coach ever and is always willing to work with you not only is he a great coach but a mentor.. before i came here i was a meh but now I'm energetic and stuff.. I also self improved
