Experiencia fantástica: This is easily one of the best gyms in the middle of the country. I stop in every time I come to Omaha for business. Anything you need for powerlifting, bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, or general fitness. Clearly influenced by Westside Barbell but without the intimidating atmosphere. Easy to find a spotter or parking spot and never overcrowded. Highly recommended.
