Experiencia fantástica: I loved my time at Crossfit Hydro. Everyone was SO welcoming and the workouts were really challenging. I'm super sad that I moved to a different state, otherwise I'd still get to be here!! Can't wait to come back and visit!!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to CrossFit Hydro has been great for me. Justin has created a very cohesive community and positive environment at the gym. I enjoy the programming and the challenge the workouts bring. Justin and the other coaches are knowledgeable and will really take time to make sure technique is right and will help scale the workout properly, so it is manageable.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Hydro is a great place to be a part of. After being there only 4 months, I can feel myself getting stronger with every work out. The coaches and other classmates are wonderful. Very supportive and encouraging. The other piece I love is the CrossFit Hydro Kids program. My girls attend this as much as possible and have a blast while learning great exercise techniques and a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend CrossFit Hydro to anybody and everybody. There are all levels of athletes and the coaches do a great job incorporating all skill levels in the workout.
