Experiencia fantástica: I really like this gym. Real people that love real fitness. I've belonged to other gyms, and this one just seem to fit. Im a weights guy, and there is rarely wait time to use free weights, machines, etc. The owner Dave is a great guy and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been a member for over 3 years, love this gym. It's a low stress environment with mainly older adult members so there's no annoying 'big gym chain' vibes. I found it on Groupon, did the special group fitness class and have been a member ever since. Classes included in membership, which is a huge plus. A community of nice people and helpful staff. David is a caring and very involved teacher and personal trainer.
