Experiencia fantástica: Really welcoming environment especially for a first timer! Shanna helped me get a really good foundation started to start joining in on the weekly classes. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. If you need an environment that makes you feel committed to go to the gym this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: To be transparent I do not go to this gym, BUT I did speak with the owner because I was interested in trying it out and they were beyond helpful with answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I will keep this place in mind moving forward.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been doing Crossfit for a couple years in my garage and got to the point where I needed to join a local box to receive some actual coaching. I joined Unbroken about 4 months ago with the intention to work on techniques and grow as an athlete. Since I joined I've received great tips from the wide variety of coaches. Every one of the coaches is dedicated to each athlete that comes through the front door. Shanna and Jeremie have a great passion for their gym and it shows with how the community treats each other inside and outside the gym. I really enjoy coming to every class whether the wod is favorable or not. I have and will continue to recommend this gym to all that want to do Crossfit or other functional workouts. It's all about the Tribe, and this is my Tribe.

Whether it is helping you correct your form on a Olympic lift or cheering you on to complete a workout. I highly recommend a beginner or novice to check out Unbroken Athletic. You won't regret it.
