CrossFit^® Westchase

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t recommend CrossFit Westchase highly enough. Great coaches, great facility, great atmosphere. You’ll see regular people of all fitness/skill levels and ages. Very beginner-friendly. All the elements scale to wherever you’re at and the coaches do a great job of guiding you. The community is supportive and friendly, too. My wife and I are new to CrossFit — we joined about 9 months ago and have never been as dedicated and actually excited for workouts as we are at CFWC. The constant challenge is addictive. And when you see progress — in your skill, strength, mobility, body — it just makes you want to keep at it. If you want to work on your fitness goals in a supportive atmosphere with excellent coaching, I’m not sure where you’d find a better place than CFWC.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the cleanest and best organized gyms I've ever been to! On top of that, the coaches are amazing! Really know their stuff, run a great class, and have a great community of people to work out with. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Tampa to see family from Oregon where I Crosfit. But I want to give props to the welcome I received from the Staff there. Top notch facility and coaching! I love the Crosfit community and you can tell this box is true representation of what CrossFit experience should be! I would highly recommend if your looking for a place to get you physical fitness retirement payment program started where you make a contribution to sweat and hard work for results….. look no further and call this place home.
