Experiencia positiva: 2.5 / 5 stars. I'm a bit on the fence about this gym. I started going here about 5-7 years ago and left. I recently came back last year after moving back into the area. On the plus side, it's a small relatively private gym with nice staff where you can work out at any hour of the day for about $35ish per month. On the other hand, I have never been able to contact the person in charge over the phone because they do not answer/return calls. This is very inconvenient, because it means if you ever want to discuss something with them you have to take the time to go up to the gym and hope that they are there. Sometimes I am not charged gym fees one month, then charged double the next to make up for it. The payment transaction date seems to be at different times as well (rather than a specific day each month). That aside, I feel the gym is run in a lackadaisical manner. Just bought a Gatorade from the vending machine that was expired by 6 months, Halloween decorations up in late November, t.v. monitors don't work properly on elliptical, sometimes clean wipes for equipment are out for several days... and so on. These smaller things are not too big of a deal, but I can't help feeling an overall sense of inconvenience.
