Experiencia fantástica: Eric's the best. Totally present, knowledgeable and dedicated to your best body, while also very sensitive to your own needs & pace. NOTE: Someone started a Google account using my legal name, Rhythm Earthsong, then oddly, posted a 1 star review for Vitality Fitness. That "rhythm earthsong" is NOT me, and probably has never been to Vitality or experienced Eric. I am working with Google to delete this false reviewer; till then, disregard that absurd 'review.'

Experiencia fantástica: If you care about the integrity of your workout, Val is indisputably the best in her field.Her quest to continually educate herself should've earned her a PHD! And we are the beneficiaries of ALL this knowledge.Quite honestly there is NO one like Val!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I so appreciate the variety of the workouts. The weekly workouts have different exercises, timing, sets, etc. and the workouts change each month. It makes it easier to go at 6 am if you know there is variety and a clear progression to work through. Val is clear in her direction and demonstrates that she wants you to succeed!

Experiencia fantástica: Nearly two years ago I went to Val an absolute weakling unable to do a push up and I was actually afraid to exercise. I was bored at the gym so that was not an option. After the first week with Val, even though I hurt everywhere, I feel the inspiration for the first time in my life to become stronger and healthier. I have Val to guide me through the series of exercises that we do together. I need the guidance. Twice a week I look forward to the one on one sessions and although they are difficult, I have learned they are supposed to be. I give it my best because that's all she asks for. Thanks Val

Experiencia fantástica: Vitality Fitness of Ojai is quite simply the best workout experience I have ever had. I never liked going to a gym before I started at Val's. My body is completely transformed, and I have never been stronger or fitter. The benefits roll over into the rest of my personal and professional life too... I feel more confident and have more energy, and the focus on core strength has helped my posture and lower back issues as well. Val's really concerned about avoiding injury, and takes the time to break down exercises and teaches us to move in a really detailed way, helping us achieve great results while paying close attention to form. I really love that we have two very different functional metabolic interval workouts every month, so I'm challenged both mentally and physically. I drive 25 miles each way to workout at Val's - I've tried other workouts, but this is totally worth the drive!
