Experiencia fantástica: First let me say I am super jealous of people who live in this area and have the opportunity to join this location! I was in town for a few days and visited this location. I am familiar with the program as I have membership at my home base, 1,000 miles away from this location. It is the same work out program. However, the trainers, the encouragement, the music, the heavy weights here all make a difference! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed and encouraged throughout the duration of my workouts!! One trainer even challenged us and said he would do 5 burpees if we hit a certain target during a set. We did and he was a man of this word! Now that is what I am talking about! The energy is amazing! Even though the program is the same as home, the encouraging environment, and the amazing trainers, and cleaner gym here make all the difference! Thank you F45 Horizon West now can your location and trainers move 1,000 miles north lol?

The trainers are friendly and engaging, the facility is new and clean, the classes are full of high energy and there is a comradery with the other members, especially after an intense workout. It is one of the best workouts I've had in years. I leave there thoroughly soaked and feel great!

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here! I have never left feeling like the class wasn’t worth it, no matter if it’s lifting or cardio. Everyone is friendly. The coaches are encouraging and helpful. The classes are interesting and challenging. A true hidden gym in the Hamlin area.

Experiencia fantástica: Great coaches and awesome classes! Always something new so I don't get bored of any type of workout. The music is also very motivating, they even have a DJ on some classes! I've lost 30lbs since I started. It's an easy commitment. Absolutely recommended!
