Foxy Fitness Studio & Pole

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Foxy Fitness recently to diversify my pole/aerial knowledge and learn from different instructors. My first class was a lyra class with Courtney and I left feeling challenged, accomplished, and welcomed! Courtney is insanely talented! I also took my first pole class with Princess Jaé and let me tell y’all, she’s on another level! I loved her base flow class and I plan on going to so many more! I felt sexy and *exhausted, in a good way* and she teaches options if you need a modified move. Get to this studio!

Experiencia fantástica: I stated coming to Foxy at the suggestion of friend on a Groupon and haven’t left since. Foxy is that wonderful place where you really learn you can do more than you thought you could. Being a bigger person, group workout classes can be nerve-racking, but the women there never make you feel out of place. I’m a big fan of all the instructors and the patrons of Foxy are always willing to lend a hand or helpful advice. Being a fox has encouraged me to come out of my shell more and more. Foxy fitness provides challenging but fun workouts that have you wondering where the time went.

Experiencia fantástica: Foxy Fitness is my home away from home. I am here 5-6 days out of the week ( don't judge me LOL), but it's because they offer so many amazing classes with a variety of instructors. All of the ladies in the class are very empowering and uplifting. I have made some amazing friends at this studio. The instructors are extremely helpful and always have modifications for tricks and routines. They take the time to thoroughly explain things and prioritize safety.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Jae is the bomb dot com. This was our first time and it was a private lesson. She makes us feel comfortable and walk through each step with us. She definitely knows what she is doing. I will be going back to see her.
