Experiencia fantástica: Therapy fitness is just what the doctor ordered! This studio makes challenging fitness fun ???? as someone quite overweight and with a few health issues I have battled with sticking to a successful fitness program. This studio is so welcoming and encouraging. The teachers are very warm and help with any needed modifications to make the workout safe and comfortable. The instructors also give you the opportunity to set challenges and go for the deepest workout! I feel so comfortable at every class and in a short period of time have already been able to overcome some lower back pain and gain back some flexibility. Still a long journey to go but feeling the progress already! P.S. Love all of the class options. It is so cool to be able to do barre one day, TRX the next, then dance, pilates, HITT … The list goes on. Point is you don’t get bored and it really challenges every muscle in your body. These different workouts have really helped me with endurance and strength.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite place ever to work out. It's an amazing space that has a fantastic variety of classes and the best instructors. Broni the owner has cultivated a real feeling of community and is constantly coming up new ideas to keep it interesting. No matter your age, fitness level, whether you've never worked out before I'd recommend you check out Therapy Social Fitness in Oceanside ????????????????
