Easy and quick sign up (either for the day or week if visiting). Gym was clean and had tons of exercise equipment. Thanks Body Edge! We'll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Locally owned with a extremely friendly staff. Great equipment, clean and organized. The gym has everything you need for your workout. Clients of all ages, light weight training, cardio and the equipment for heavy lifters! Personal trainers are available. I train with the owner, Cindy. She will tailor a workout based on your needs and work around any physical ailments you have, as in my case I have back problems which have improved tremendously! I can't speak for the other trainer but I hear he is just as great! Vacationers to the area be sure to visit, the rates are very fare. I definitely enjoy this atmosphere over a large corporate gym!
