Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful studio! My mom and I went together. She is 72 and had never done Pilates. I had only done one class. We scheduled the reformer class. The lady teaching the class was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain everything. She was so patient. I highly recommend it and I will go to this place everytime I go to the beach. A really great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I am Visiting OC with my family and took a reformer class with Colly. She was wonderful!! It was a challenging workout and she made sure I was in the correct position while helping me when I was wearing down from a specific exercise. Thank you Colly! I will Go back for sure!!
