My Gym River Forest

Experiencia fantástica: This location is great. The staff are friendly to my children and others. They do a good job of engaging and encouraging kids while still letting them explore (even during circle times). I'd definitely recommend them for open gym, classes and parties. Their online portal on the other hand I give one star (so won't slight this location with that review). It's horrendous and just not what one expects from a gym. I'd expect to be able to schedule one-off drop ins for my kids. However you can't do that online but only scheduled recurring classes, which will bill you right away. My wife, who does IT product management, thought she was an idiot when trying to schedule a single drop in class. I felt the same way when trying to. It shouldn't be this hard and I have to imagine is scaring away customers including myself.

Experiencia fantástica: We love My Gym! My daughter is 10 months old and we’ve been coming since she was 6 months old. She’s always so happy at My Gym and loves the classes. Everyone is so friendly too!

Experiencia fantástica: Great spot for kids to burn lots of energy, especially useful during winter months. Helpful staff and clean facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to take kiddos to gain confidence and build independence. Great handling things during Covid19, restrictions and limits on classes. Carefully cleaning between classes and play times.

Experiencia fantástica: Great environment for growth of body and mind for young ones. Love the diversity of not only employees but of the gym set up. Truly worth every penny spent! Great working atmosphere!
