Experiencia fantástica: My body has been holding onto weight since the Covid lockdown began so I needed to make some serious changes. I consulted with Paul the trainer so that he could gain an understanding of the goals I wanted to achieve. He created a program tailored to my needs which fits into my busy everyday life. Classes are upbeat, energetic, and an all out vibe. Workouts are never boring or repetitive. Paul really knows his craft. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to commit and begin a healthy lifestyle. This is the place to start and carry on with your fitness journey!!
