Experiencia fantástica: Joining ILKB has been one of the best decisions that I have made. It’s best part of my day! I was able to drop 9lbs in 3 weeks and release a lot of stress. The coaches are great, I can tell that they enjoy what the do by being super motivating and energetic. They are so positive that its contagious. They are very hands on with the boxers and always there to help or push us harder. Very friendly family like atmosphere. The studio is very clean at all time and I love that, there is nothing worse than a dirty gym.

Experiencia fantástica: If you like working out with energetic, fun people this is your place. The coaches are super friendly and motivating but will also kick your butt during the workouts. You’ll definitely feel the results the next day! The classes are never the same which keeps it interesting and the music will get you moving even on days you’re not 100% feeling it. Highly recommend. You won’t regret it.
