Experiencia fantástica: I had the opportunity to train here over the holidays while visiting family. It was incredible, the equipment was top notch, the people were kind, supportive and there to work hard. The owner was flexible with providing a reasonable week pass while we were in town and the process was flawless. I will recommend this place to any one who wants to powerlift or bodybuild in the metro area!

Experiencia fantástica: I've never been here, and this review will probably get deleted. But, I saw Janae's documentary and I'd like to work out at her gym one day and just shake her hand. There's a lot I liked about the documentary, but, the thing that stuck out the most was his/her demeanor before - during - after the ordeal/transition. I can imagine a hulking, kind gym owner walking over and helping out and providing pro guidance as you try and improve yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym all around. Janae is amazing! A lot of hard to find machines and bars that make lifting a dream. The people that come in are always willing to help with a spot.

Experiencia fantástica: Training at Kroc's Gym is like riding two jet skis, but one jet ski is a rhinoceros that farts lightening and the other jet ski is two jet skis. If I trained at another gym, I'd punch that gym in the face and come train at Krocs. Great people. Great atmosphere. Top of the line equipment.
