Experiencia fantástica: I tried a couple classes here and it’s not my style of working out (I do barre and yoga) but I can see how people can enjoy it a lot. Everyone is super friendly and social. You get to know everyone and they encourage socialization. They incorporate HIIT style workouts between rounds of punching and kicking the punching stands. They also play motivating music as well. I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is nothing short of amazing. I was so nervous when I first walked in, but everyone welcomed me and there was no judgment. They push you to be your best, check in on you, and make your time there really count. Everyone that works and works out here has been nothing but kind. I’m grateful for everyone there and happy that I signed up. The classes are also reasonably priced too!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had such a great experience, I completed my 6 week challenge and feel great! 6 weeks went by fast and I never felt deprived. Most other workouts I would do, but this I actually look forward to! Coach Renee is fantastic, very patient, answers every question and Coach Yuri always happy to repeat and demo instructions! I’m happy I did this!

The community here is so welcoming and helps me bring out my best each week. The coaches are always holding me accountable which is not something you see anywhere else. I love it here!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had the pleasure of working with this Fitness studio as their resident DJ for a few years now. Monica and her coaching staff are nothing short of amazing to work with. They are friendly, caring, and very professional. I also was fortunate to hold a membership for some time. That side of things was also an amazing experience. The coaches genuinely care about you and your goals and they aren’t shy to hold you accountable. The studio itself is well lit, and constantly sanitized and cleaned. (They even have party lights for the DJ Parties) 5 stars to this business, 5 stars to its staff and customer service. I’d recommend anyone looking to get in the best shape of your life to stop in to Fit Theorem Novi!
