Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a change and Dynamic Athletics CrossFit fit the bill. It was exactly what I was looking for for strength training and it worked. I lost body fat and gained strength. I can now do full body push-ups. Before I was doing push-ups on my knees. My squats are deeper and I feel stronger. It was a welcoming place to work out. The hours fit my schedule and the people are friendly. They introduced themselves and made me feel welcome.
