Experiencia fantástica: Way better than Old OA1 One on One Personal Training Center. Better crowd, cleaner environment and way better lockers. Overall a great place for a workout and the pool during the summer is perfect.

Experiencia fantástica: Six months ago I called One on One because after some setbacks I needed someone to keep me honest about showing up for fitness. Fast forward to today and I have gotten so much more than that. At Dave's I am getting varied workouts, exercises I have not seen before, great music, encouragement about fitness and more, and lots of laughs with my fellow trainees. My fitness is noticeably improved but that is almost secondary. Job well done!
