Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best workout I've ever done.The coaches explain everything and encourage you to do the best you can do. They make sure you are working out properly so you don't get hurt. The other patrons are encouraging and positive. I Love it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough good things about CFNP. The coaches care about mechanics and form more than weight and it is a breath of fresh air. I have have progressed more in my fitness journey by signing up and attending classes in this gym than I have in the last 3 years on my own / working with generic personal trainers. You WILL NOT regret a cent spent when you see the results and increase your overall quality of life by being an active member of this gym!
