Experiencia fantástica: Arrived back home from my first workout a short while ago. Wow, what a great workout to start. Movements were a nice mix of approachable and challenging. A big thank you to Kate and Miki for making my first foundational class so successful!

As an experienced Crossfitter and former coach, I'm looking for quality coaching, friendly members and coaches, and good atmosphere. This place has all of that and great drop in policy. Whether you're traveling through or a local you can't go wrong with Gardens

Experiencia fantástica: I am from Detroit and have dropped in to this Cross Fit Box on multiple occasions. A couple times a year and a half ago and recently mid November 2018. First, prior to my travel the staff promptly answered my email questions. The facility is clean and well organized. The staff and members are welcoming and friendly. Miki, El and Jason, coaches and athletes, were up beat and treated me like any member by providing encouragement and coaching. I highly recommend this box. If you live in Palm Beach and are considering a Cross Fit location, this will not let you down. If you are dropping in, you will be more then satisfied. I look forward to returning March of 2019 on my next trip to Palm Beach. Thanks guys!
