Experiencia fantástica: This is the BEST gym to go to. From the owner to the trainers, you get treated like family and not just another body. The staff want to see you transform your body and diet. Every workout is a challenge no matter your level of athletic ability. The classes are worth it. I see a tremendous change in my body within a short period of time. If you are ready to change your body and challenge yourself, this is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who is very shy and easily overwhelmed by change/new environments, I can whole heartedly say that Foundation V has been game-changing - life-changing. The environment is extremely welcoming and judgment free. V wants to see you become the best version of yourself and he invests his all into that. I never thought I’d see the changes in myself that I have in such a short time-span considering how lazy and stubborn I can be. My experience has been a 10/10. Absssooolluuuttteellyyyy recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Foundation V is absolutely amazing! My 15 year old son attends and trains with Mr. Vantrise and attends the kids training class as well! He loves it! Mr. V is an excellent trainer, he pushes my son both physically and mentally, building and teaching him as well as encouraging him! This was one of the best decisions we have made, my son says Mr. Vantrise motivates him and gives him something to look forward to everyday! The gym atmosphere is great and welcoming, everyone is nice and encourages you the moment you step into the gym! I love it here and so does my son! Thank you Foundation V for embracing my son and taking the time to teach and build him not just physically but mentally!

Experiencia fantástica: I am one month committed. I had heard great things about Coach Vantrise from a friend that is a long time client of his. I knew it was time for a personal trainer. I had been hurt trying to use the “quick” gyms myself, never knowing how to train and succeed. I was in pain, low energy, poor eating habits. V has helped me in a every one of these avenues and I feel ready for a lifestyle change. V is patient and knowledgeable from his years of fitness and education. He is aware of my wants and needs that required me heal and become a better me version of me thru fitness and diet. I brought along my 13 year old son soon afterwards and he has incorporated a program to get him motivated and moving along with me. This is not only a personal goal, but a family one as well.
